Q: Do you clean conservatories, extensions, or large patio doors? A: Yes, absolutely! For extras like conservatories, large patio/French doors, or tricky-to-reach glass, we will always assess the property and give you a fair, custom price upfront so there are no hidden surprises.

Q: Do you clean inside windows as well? A: We are dedicated exterior specialists, focusing 100% on using our professional pure-water system to keep your outside glass, frames, and doors flawless. However, if you need the insides done too, just let us know! We can provide a custom quote for interior cleaning upon request. 

Q: Why is there an extra charge for the first clean? A: Because the initial first-time clean takes significantly more time, effort, and care to remove built-up dirt and bring your windows up to our high standards. A 50% fee applies to this initial deep clean, and after that, you will enjoy our standard regular rate!

Q: Do you clean fascias, soffits, and the outside of gutters? A: Yes, absolutely! Over time, your roofline can accumulate green algae, black mould, and dirt that ruins your home’s kerb appeal. Using our professional pure-water pole system, we can thoroughly wash and restore your fascias, soffits, and gutter exteriors safely from the ground. As a guideline for our local area, prices for a full exterior roofline wash typically range from £80 to £150 for a semi-detached house, and £150 to £250 for larger detached properties. Q: Do I need to be home for the clean, and what do you need from me? A: You don’t need to be at home as long as we have clear access around your property (gates unlocked, bins or vehicles moved if blocking the path).
